WELLSVILLE, NY – The Regional News Network, which is based in Allegany County, reports that in the early morning hours of this morning, that law enforcement surrounded a home near 37 South Franklin Street in Wellsville. According to RNN, police are there trying to convince the suspect to drop a weapon. Wellsville Village Police, Alfred University Police and police from Bolivar are said to be at the scene.
