BATH, NY – Steuben County Legislative Spokesperson Mary Perham is announcing that the Steuben County Real Property Tax Office now has what is called a data collector: his name is Mike Ryan, and he’s from Bath.
Ryan will be assisting the town assessors throughout the county, by collecting additional information about properties. The data collected will be things like: measuring the square footage of a residence, style of home, garage and shed measurements, and the data collector will verify things like how many rooms there are inside a residence.
The data collector will likely start making trips and visits around the county, in late January.
