The New York Post reports that state officials and the teachers union are trying to get the Campbell Brown lawsuit against teacher tenure thrown out of court.
According to the Post, the state attorney general’s office says that it was a “different world” when this lawsuit was filed, and that the tenure rules have changed.
The attorney for Campbell Brown was quoted as saying that the changes to the tenure rules, have nothing to do with the lawsuit.
