SWAIN, NY – The Evening Tribune reports that 25 year old Kyle Morrison of Canaseraga is accused of physically assaulting a pregnant woman from Swain.
According to the Evening Tribune, troopers allege that Morrison knew that the woman was pregnant when he hit her.
Morrison is facing numerous charges including first degree rape and second degree attempted abortion.he was remanded to the county jail, without bail.
