HORNELL,NY – Hornell GOP candidate for city judge, David Coddington (R) has been endorsed by the state police PBA Union. “David Coddington has extensive legal experience, including serving as the Hornell City Court Assistant Judge, along with having prosecutorial and legal defense experience,” the statement from the troopers said. “The PBA is confident that David Coddington will dispense justice fairly, firmly, and effectively.”
