Troopers Pull Over Car in Urbana, And Find Drugs and Lots of Cash

URBANA, NY – State Police charged two male suspects who were pulled over at a traffic stop in the Town of Urbana. Troopers report that the driver was stopped, and that the driver was found to be under the influence of several narcotics.
 
The investigation also recovered that the suspect’s passenger had marihuana, numerous tables of Pseudoephedrine along with other things that are used in the production of Methamphetamine. Troopers also report that $900 was found in the vehicle.
 
The driver was charged with operating a Motor Vehicle while being impaired by drugs 1st, both were both charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd. They were remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
 
The State Police were assisted by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office in this case.
