The Allegany County Legislature is also looking at possibly passing a law so that online or printed New York State documents regarding the Safe New York Act, cannot use the official Allegany County seal.
The Steuben County Legislature has already passed a law to prevent the state government from using the official Steuben County seal on any Safe Act state documents.
