VIDEO: Press Conference About Dakota Miller Case

HORNELL, NY – Dakota Miller will be in court on Thursday, as the charges against him are being upgraded from manslaughter to 1st and 2nd degree murder.
 

Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker held a press conference, with updates on the Miller case, on Wednesday morning at the Hornell Police Station.
 
Baker says that the mother of the baby who was killed, allegedly by Dakota Miller, the mother is not being charged, and that she has been going through a very difficult time emotionally.
 
The Grand Jury’s indictments are:
Aggravated Murder
1st Degree Murder
2nd Degree Murder
1st Degree Manslaughter
Miller remains in Steuben County Jail.
