Steuben County Election Commissioner Colleen Haruski says, the board of elections is encouraging early voting this year. The election commissioner says, that’s because it takes the stress off of voters on election day, so they don’t have to rush around to get their voting done. Early voting locations are: in Bath, at the County Annex Building on 20 East Morris Street…the Community Arts Center on Broadway in Hornell, and in Corning at the library, inside the Nassar Civic Center Plaza.
