ADDISON, NY – Steuben County DA Baker says, 41 year old Ryan Chase of the village of Addison, is accused of having an underage drinking party on Halloween 2021. He allegedly got five victims drunk at his home.
At this party, Chase is also accused of:
Sexual Abuse In The Third Degree, For Allegedly Subjecting A 15 yr Old victim to sexual contact without that person’s consent.
Sexual abuse in the first degree, based on allegations of getting someone extremely intoxicated for sexual contact purposes.
Endangering the welfare of a child (7 counts) promoting sexual performance by a child under the age of 16, use of a child ina sexual performance on two occasions, reckless endangergment in the first degree, for allegedly putting someone’s life in danger, and tampering with physical evidence (trying to conceal evidence that would be used against him).
Chase was arraigned and remanded to Steuben County Jail, was served eight orders of protection for victims and witnesses alike, $15,000 bail. The bail is $15k cash. The judge is Steuben Co Court Judge Chauncey Watches.
