HORNELL N.Y. – “Stronger than Yesterday”, is the motto for the new business called Functional Performance, located at 135 Seneca street which had their grand opening today with owner Casey Oakden, Mayor Shawn Hogan, and Hornell Partners for Growth Director Shelly Stevens.
The business which is not a gym, but rather a place for people to work out with professional trainer Casey Oakden.
Oakden says his true passion is working with the kids, he emphasized that while other places such as the YMCA and other gyms utilize machines, he is different from those places in that he declared that, “your body is your machine”.
