ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – The Spectator and the Wellsville Regional News page reports that Alfred Police are looking for a suspect who is said to have robbed someone and taken their cell phone. The suspect was described as a clean-shaven, dark complected male, approximately 5-feet, 4 inches to 5-feet, 6 inches in height with braces on his teeth. He was last seen wearing a zip-up, black hooded sweatshirt and a purple “doo rag.”
