BATH, NY – New York State Police released a story today, about how a 16 year old Bath boy allegedly threatening a Bath Haverling school bus driver with a rifle.
According to State Troopers, after the boy was removed from the bus, he allegedly confronted the bus driver with a rifle, while the boy was at his residence, and the driver was still on her bus route.
The alleged incident is said to have happened on October 30. The teen was issued an appearance ticket.
