From Allegany County State Police:
On November 7, 2021, SP Amity Troopers arrested Heather L Clark, 36, of Bolivar for Vehicular Assault in the second degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree (2 counts), and Driving while Impaired by Drugs.
On August 27, 2021, SP Amity Troopers investigating a serious physical injury automobile accident, a head on collision on State Route 305 in the town of Clarksville, determined that Clark was in possession of illegal drugs at the time of the crash. Standardized field sobriety tests were not conducted due to injuries. A blood draw was secured from Clark and processed by the New York State Police crime laboratory, who reported multiple illegal substances where found in the Clark’s blood. Clark was arrested on November 7, 2021 and processed at SP Amity.
Clark issued appearance tickets for the town of Clarksville court, where she is to appear in December 2021.
