Mayor John Buckley responds to the Cuomo administration threat to local governments:
“Threatening to bludgeon local governments with $10,000 fines is not only heavy handed, but adds insult to injury considering the State is withholding 20% of AIM, CHIPS and other funding owed to municipalities”.
