HARTSVILLE, NY – The political petition for anti-wind candidate Anita McCann was successfully objected to and thrown out, by Hartsville Town Supervisor candidate John Bowles.
That leaves pro-wind candidate Leon Woodworth as the only candidate running as a town board member.
