Crack Cocaine Arrests In Bath

BATH, NY – Statement From Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen: The Village of Bath Police Department assisted by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and the Steuben County District Attorney’s office executed a no knock narcotics search warrant at 5 Robie St., apartment 202 in the Village of Bath. The search warrant was the result of the Steuben County District Attorney’s Drug Initiative investigation of the sales of crack cocaine at the residence over the past month. A large quantity of crack cocaine was recovered valued at $1,800 along with a large amount of cash.

Arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B felony was Kerrie L. Orrender, age 57 of 5 Robie St., apt. 202 and Melvin A. Huff, age 40 of Parkway Avenue in the City of Rochester. Both subjects were held for the centralized arraignment program and later remanded to the Steuben County Jail. More charges are possible after grand jury review.
