U.S. Marshals announced today that escaped prisoner David Sweat is now on the most wanted list.
Sweat is 5″10, a white male, 165 lbs., brown hair and green eyes, sports a tattoo with the word “Rebel” on his left arm and a tattoo with the letters “IFB” on his right-hand fingers.
