Bloomberg’s Bob Van Voris says that the Appeals Court dismissed Facebook’s attempts to rehear the case against Paul Ceglia’s attorneys for malicious prosecution against Facebook.
Maliciuos prosecution means that the lawyers who represented Paul Ceglia knew that Ceglia was lying.
Ceglia by the way, still has not been found, he disappeared along with the rest of his immediate family in March of 2015.
