Former Hornell Woman Facing Charges Of Burglary/Petit Larceny

FREMONT, NY – From The Sheriff’s Dept: Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on August 12, 2022, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Tinesha L. Lee, age 44, of Jefferson Avenue, Rochester, New York, following an investigation of a reported burglary at a residence in the Town of Fremont, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Lee entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling with the intent to steal property. Ms. Lee was charged with Burglary in the Second Degree, a class C Felony and Petit Larceny. Ms. Lee was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released. Sheriff Allard thanks the Rochester Police Department for their assistance in this arrest. The sheriff also notes that Tinesha Lee was living in Hornell at the time of the alleged burglary.
