FREMONT, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of Robert Fitzgerald, 19, Fremont. Fitzgerald is accused of firing a shotgun at two different vehicles, at two different locations, in the Town of Fremont. Fitzgerald is also alleged to have threatened someone’s life. He is now in Steuben County Jail, $100,000 bail.
