HORNELL, NY – The City of Hornell was recently awarded $491,750 in the latest round of the NYS Community Development Block Grant funding to address housing rehab throughout the City. Mayor John Buckley says these funds will go a long way to help qualified residents address a wide range of costly repairs and replacements to their homes including windows, doors and heating systems.
