Hornell Man Is Facing Drug Charges After Livingston County Arrest

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that Andrew Fisher, 35, Hornell, is accused of getting pulled over on 390 back on November 2, 2021. Because there were drugs inside the vehicle, that had to be tested, it has taken some time for test results and for this report to be announced.

Officials with the sheriffs dept in Geneseo, say that the drugs turned out to be, 39 grams of meth, oxydodone, LSD and suboxone.

Fisher was charged on February 25, with:

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree
Four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree

Fisher was held, in the Livingston County Jail, without bail.
