Important Message From Local DMV’s

June 19, 2020

Steuben County Clerk Judy Hunter reports the Bath, Corning, and Hornell DMV offices are
experiencing issues with the voicemail system.

To resolve the temporary issues, effective today (Friday, June 19) Steuben residents may begin
scheduling in-person appointments online for the Bath, Corning, and Hornell DMV offices, she said.
“Anyone who left a voicemail to schedule an appointment at our offices and who has not received a return call will need to schedule an appointment online,” Hunter said. “Thank you to all for your patience, help, and understanding as we try to provide DMV services to you during this unprecedented time.”

Applicants for licenses and testing should go to https://dmv.ny.gov/ to locate the required documents and IDs. The completed forms and required documentation should be brought to the appointment.
