HORNELL, NY – Mayor John Buckley is applauding law enforcement including the Hornell Police Department for the recent operation “Climate Change”. Buckley said, “We are fortunate to have such a proactive and forward thinking Police Department here in Hornell. Through their continuous efforts, our community is stronger and safer.” Buckley also thanked the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department and State Police for helping with the operation
