Steuben & Chemung Counties:
From 6pm Monday to 10am Tuesday…Snow accumulation less than 1″ and ice accumulation 1/4″. Wind gusts to 40 mph. A mix of snow and sleet will develop early Monday evening, change to freezing rain late Mon night and continuing into Tuesday morning before changing to plain rain.
Very hazardous travel is expected. Sporadic power outages are possible due to the ice and winds.
