Hornell, NY – A new full service grooming salon officially opened Wednesday afternoon on 24 Church Street in downtown Hornell. Tip Toes Salon will be offering haircuts and styling, manicures and pedicures, and body waxing. Owner Kim Foot said business hours will be Tuesday through Saturday by appointment. “I have been working on this for three years with enormous help and support from family and friends,” said Foot. “It will be a clean, friendly atmosphere and a family centered business.”
Hornell Partners for Growth head Shelly Stevens was happy to announce that HPG has now reached their goal of 30 new businesses in two years and anticipate bringing many more businesses into the city.
