Parking Ban in Hornell

HORNELL N.Y.- The national weather service has issued a winter storm warning for the WLEA listening area, with 8 -12 inches expected to fall on the southern tier sometime between 10:00 p.m. tonight and 7:00 tomorrow morning. The city of Hornell has placed a ban on street parking beginning at 8:00 p.m. tonight until further notice.
