STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – There were over 3,000 NYSEG customers in Steuben County that were without power, late this afternoon into this evening, from the 5:00pm hour until about 6:45pm. At one point, NYSEG said that there were over 1600 customers, without power in the Canisteo Valley area.
