ROCHESTER, NY – Spectrum News reports that Rochester Police report, that they shot and killed someone this morning during a traffic stop. According to early reports, shots were fired shots by others first and the suspect had a gun that was not used at the scene. Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren says, State Attorney General Tish James will investigate this case, and that the RPD is going along with the investigation.
