Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt, Senator George Borrello, and Senator Pam Helming will be joined by farm owners and workers to discuss the initial implementation of the Farm Workers Fair Labor Practices Act and its mandated 60-hour overtime threshold, as well as proposed legislation that would delay action on possibly lowering the threshold further.
