FROM ST JAMES HOSPITAL: St. James Hospital had the pleasure of hosting MASH Camp last week! MASH (Medical Academy of Science and Health) Camp is an exciting, hands-on learning experience designed to introduce middle and high school students to careers in healthcare. During the camp, students explore a variety of medical professions through interactive activities, demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes tours of hospital departments.
This program is made possible through the collaboration of the Western New York Rural Area Health Education Center (WNY R-AHEC) and the Central New York Area Health Education Center (CNYAHEC)—two organizations dedicated to strengthening the healthcare workforce in rural communities by inspiring the next generation of medical professionals.
We were thrilled to welcome such enthusiastic and curious students to St. James and proud to support their journey into healthcare. Thank you to WNY R-AHEC and CNYAHEC for making this impactful program possible!
