HORNELL, NY – Statement From 4th Ward Alderman, Democrat Rich Argentieri, Regarding The Death of Long Time Hornell City Hall Chamberlain Tolly Pelych:
“We are all deeply saddened by the loss of Thelma Pelych, one of Hornell’s greatest public servants! She devoted her entire life to serving our city and one could only hope to be as good as she was. As an alderman that is exactly what I tried to do and will continue to do so when elected Mayor. People before politics, always! Thank you, God bless you all and God Bless America!”
