HORNELL, NY – Statement From Mayor John Buckley:
“While I am grateful and relieved federal aid to local governments seems to be on the way, it will not help cities like Hornell in the long run if the Governor uses it as an excuse to slash AIM and other State revenues municipalities rely on year after year. I urge the Governor and the legislature to fully restore AIM and all State funding in the new executive budget.”
