BATH, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker tells Wlea News that he was at the scene, when State Trooper Craig Foglia was struck by the driver of a pickup truck. “Terrible crash,” Baker said in an email on Thursday. Baker also noted that the investigation is on going and that charging determination has yet to be made.
