STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – County Emergency Services Director Tim Marshall tells WLEA News, that the monetary amount of damages is already in the millions of dollars. Marshall also stresses the importance of taking photos and videos of the flood damage. The NYS Dept of Transportation says that in order to get money from FEMA, the county damage must be at $3835,071 and the state damage $30,036,058.
