State Supreme Court Justice Matthew Rosenbaum has officially resigned following accusations that he harassed court staff. The state launched an investigation amid allegations of personal misconduct against him. The Commission of Judicial Conduct investigated a complaint that alleged from 2005 to 2019 Rosenbaum made improper and sometimes abusive personal demands of court staff, conveying that continued employment required obeying his demands and created a hostile work environment. The Office of Court Administration will be conducting a probe of Rosenbaum in the future.
