The jury came back today and found Michael Eldridge of Hornell – guilty on all charges, for the fatal two vehicle accident in August 2023, which claimed the life of 51 year old Michael Heinrich of Nunda, and injured a passenger in Eldridge’s vehicle. That’s according to Steuben County District Attorney Brook Baker, who also says, Eldridge could get up to 25 years when he is sentenced.
In other county courtroom news, a Steuben County Grand Jury has indicted Mohaly Bodnar, the Hungarian immigrant who is accused of allegedly sexually abusing and allegedly raping four children, ages two to eight.
