Hornell Police report that two Hornell Police Officers were on a bicycle patrol in the 1am hour, early Monday morning, when they spotted two teenage males walking out from behind a residence, with numerous items and a flashlight. The two suspects, both teenage males, are facing numerous charges, including trespass, possession of a burglar’s tool, 4 counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the 5th degree, conspiracy in the 5th degree, and 3rd degree attempted burglary. One of the teens is also accused of giving a false name.
