HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Law and Ordinance Committee met last night to discuss opting out of allowing retail dispensaries and consumption sites in the City of Hornell.
The committee took no action but did recommend bringing the issue to the full Common Council for further discussion.
Mayor John Buckley expects to have the opt out resolution on the agenda for the December Common Council meeting. The deadline for municipalities to opt out is December 31st of this year.
