Two weeks ago, three out of town male teens were pulled over in the Town of North Dansville. The vehicle they were in was reportedly found to have had illegal weapons inside. Here’s an update on that pullover: the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is charging one of the teens for alleged forgery. Sheriff Tom Dougherty reports that the teen is said to have signed a document saying that he was 17 years old, and officials say that the teen is actually 18.
According to Sheriff Dougherty, it’s believed that the 18 year old believed that he would get a better deal legally, by claiming to be age 17.
