ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – State Police have released the names of the accident victims from the early morning car/deer accident in the Town of Independence.
State Police say that the driver, Dylon R. Mitchell, 19 of Independence, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers also report that the passenger Kami B. White, 17 of Wellsville, was airlifted to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo with serious injuries but is in stable condition.
