ALFRED, NY – US News and World Report has named Alfred State College one of “the Best Schools for Veterans.”
About this, State Senator Cathy Young said the following: “They have done a fantastic job. I talked to Dr. Sullivan in the past about it, and prior to him, Dr. Anderson, when he was president. I know that there’s been a sustained focus and effort, and I commend them for that. I think it’s absolutely wonderful that Alfred State is looking to help veterans get high paying jobs, once that they leave the service.”
