Wild Chase In Livingston County

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – State Police report that a Fairport man is accused of going over 90 miles an hour, during a high speed chase that started in Geneseo on I-390, and ended in Dansville.
 
According to State Police, spike strips were put down on the road on I-390 at Exit 5, flattening the suspect’s passenger side tires. Troopers say that even after that, the suspect continued to flee into the Village of Dansville, and that he physically resisted being removed from his car, even after being told to get out of the vehicle. A K-9 bit the suspect, who then complied and was handcuffed.
 
The charges against the suspect are: Unlawful Fleeing 3rd, Reckless Endangerment 2nd, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd.
