Two unnamed youths in Allegany County are facing a lot of charges. State Police report that a 12 year old is charged with three counts of third degree burglary, a single count of 3rd degree criminal mischief, two counts of 2nd degree criminal trespass and a single count of 3rd degree criminal trespass.
Troopers say that a 14 year old is facing all of those charges above, as well as a charge of petit larceny.
The two youths are charged for alleged break in’s and burglaries in Belmont, and they’re from Belfast.
