BATH, NY – Officials with the NYS Police report that there was a bomb threat arrest. Troopers say that Brian Akins, 52, of Bath, is accused of threatening to blow up the A.R.C. building in Bath a week ago. Akins was issued an appearance ticket to answer to the charged of 3rd degree falsely reporting an incident.
