Arkport Central School was originally do a school budget with a 1.69 percent increase on the tax levy, and now, School Superintendent Jesse Harper says it looks like voters will be presented with a 1.25 percent increase on the tax levy, when Arkport voters go out to vote, on May 16.
In other Arkport Central news, parents can sign their kids, grades K-5, for field trips this summer, to go to places like Niagara Falls, Sea Breeze, Stony Brook and Letchworth.
School officials say that registration is April 28th through May 5.
