ARKPORT, NY – Arkport School Board President Stephen Hoyt apologized to two Arkport residents last night, after Ed and Catherine Karns showed up and made a complaint that Hoyt got into an argument with them, over a political sign about the merger in the Karn’s yard.
Hoyt apologized and said it would not happen in the future.
