LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Nathan Poddany, 18, of Canaseraga. Officials say Poddany is charged with criminally negligent homicide, for the August 18th death of Connor Gilbert.
Officials with the sheriff’s office report that Gilbert died after a truck rollover accident while Poddany was driving, in the Town of Ossian.
