HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report the arrest of Gary Mullen III, 23 years old, of State Route 248 in Canisteo. Hornell Police allege that Mullen broke into a residence on South Division Street in Hornell on Thursday, and stole property worth over $1000, including a firearm.
Mullen was taken into custody in the City of Rochester, and brought back to Hornell. He is accused of Grand Larceny in the 4th degree, and Burglary in the 2nd degree. According to Hornell Police, Gary Mullen faces charges from other law enforcement agencies too.
